Some very extensive changes to Dutch employment law have taken and are due to take place very soon. Below you will find a summary of the reforms upon implementation of the Work and Security Act (Wet Werk en Zekerheid, WSA). The implementation of the amendments will take place in two phases, as of the 1st of January 2015 and the 1st of July 2015.
