Seufert advises EuroEyes on IPO in HongKong
Seufert advised EuroEyes International Eye Clinic Limited (EuroEyes), a leading provider of operative sight correction, on the first IPO of a German company in Hong Kong, especially on the structuring of its German hospitals and special regulatory questions. The German company, based in Hamburg, operates hospitals at 27 German and international locations including China. With the proceedings of the IPO, EuroEyes intends to finance the construction of hospitals in additional major cities in China such as Chengdu and Chongqing as well as possible acquisitions in Europe.
The Seufert made included Dr. Johannes Gruber (leading), Petra Maier, Dr. Sabine Vietor and Helena Zeller. Eversheds Sutherland, Lundgrens Law Firm A/S, Tian Yuan Law Firm, Norton Rose Fulbright and Commerce & Finance Law Office were also involved in the IPO.
