BSJP’s Christoph Garschynski and Joanna Wcisło-Jaśkowska are happy to invite you to a seminar entitled “Polish labour law - a comprehensive course for a German-speaking entrepreneur” which will take place on 28 October 2016 in Düsseldorf.

The purpose of the seminar is to present and explain the basic provisions of Polish labour law, which provisions are of significance for Management Board as regards running an enterprise on a day-to-day basis, taking into account the provisions on flexible working time.

The seminar covers the following topics:

  • Types of employment contracts and competition clauses
  • Termination of employment contract and regulations on remuneration
  • Regulations pertaining to working time, including in particular the provisions on flexible working time, right to a holiday leave
  • Equal treatment and liability issues
