Poland: New Office in Szczecin and two new Partners
With the beginning of September, the BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Law Firm opened a new office in Szczecin, providing its clients with even a broader scope of legal services.
The dynamic growth of the BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Law Firm resulted in a greater number of lawyers, as well as the re-location of the Gdansk-based office, which, as of 1 September 2012, is located in the newly-build OPERA Office.
The group of Partners of the BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Law Firm has been joined by:
Mrs. Alina Szarlak, attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt), who specializes within the scope of M&A, real estate and renewable energy. Mrs. Szarlak will support the Warsaw-based office;
- Mr. Andrzej Preiss, attorney at law (lawyer; honorary consul of the Kingdom of Denmark in Szczecin), who specializes within the scope of civil law and commercial law. Mr. Preiss has a wide experience in negotiating and servicing large-scale investment projects, to include public investments, in particular those based on the FIDIC contract rules. Mr. Preiss is to be in charge of the office in Szczecin.
