BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sroka Nilsson Sp. k. law firm advised IDEAL Automotive, a German company from the automotive sector on legal issues connected with the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Świdnica.

The plant to be erected in Świdnica, on the territory of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone "Invest-Park" will be built by Panattoni. The construction works are to be concluded in the fourth quarter of the year, whereas the developed facility is to count more than 27000 square meters. The plant will deliver textile lining components for passenger car interiors, to include tufting and needle-punched nonwoven floor coverings, such as e.g. loading floors. The plant will hire personnel of up to 500.

IDEAL Automotive Group is an international system supplier and development partner for the automotive industry with its seat in Germany and 16 manufacturing plants located worldwide. 

Legal advisory services rendered to the investor by BSJP comprised in particular legal analysis (due diligence) of the real estate as well as contractual issues (to include long-term lease agreement and agreement with the general contractor) and corporate issues (including formation of a special purpose vehicle and registering it as a taxpayer). The team was led by Jarosław Sroka and composed of Grzegorz Wąsiewski, Alina Szarlak, Kamila Nieśpielak and Rafał Lewandowski.

The construction of the plant in Świdnica comes as another project in which BSJP law firm advised IDEAL Automotive. Previously, the firm's lawyers advised the company on the construction of the plant in Zielona Góra, which was launched in 2017.
