Panama and UK sign agreement to avoid double taxation
The UK and Panama have signed an agreement to avoid double taxation. This agreement is the 18th agreement of this sort signed by Panama.
The agreement was signed on 29 July by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the UK, William Hague and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama, Fernando Núñez Fábrega.
The agreement must be approved as a law by the Panamanian Assembly to enter into effect.
