Harm Heynen and Remco Rosbeek have been appointed managing partners of Boels Zanders. Of course, everything currently revolves around coronavirus. Nevertheless, it is important for our firm that we continue to fulfil our plans and ambitions.

Harm Heynen (42) is a landlord and tenant law specialist and partner in the real estate practice of Boels Zanders. He will assume the role of chair of the board. As a partner in company law, Remco Rosbeek (49) is responsible for the financing and securities practice of Boels Zanders.

Both managing partners will form the executive board of Boels Zanders together with current financial director Johan Verhagen. They are succeeding Andries Houtakkers and Jeroen Oehlen. Andries Houtakkers has recently been appointed executive councillor in Sittard-Geleen and partner in company law Jeroen Oehlen will again focus fully on his practice.

The new board will further expand the firm’s ambitions geared towards growth, customer focus and ‘working smarter’. Managing director Chantal van Oijen has completed her assignment to lay the foundation for that ambition and will now focus on a new challenge outside our firm.
