Ralph Geelen
Ralph has been working at Boels Zanders since 2008. He advises and litigates for shareholders, directors and companies in the field of financing and securities, restructuring, insolvency and company law in general. Ralph heads the Food & Agri team. In this role, he acts as the first point of contact and sparring partner for clients from this sector. In addition, the District Court of Limburg regularly appoints him as trustee or administrator of companies.
Ward van Loo
Ward joined Boels Zanders in 2008 and specialises in real estate, procurement and state aid law. He promotes the interests of governmental and quasi-governmental bodies, educational institutions, healthcare institutions, non-profit organisations and companies in a variety of sectors. Ward heads the German practice and is associated with the care and education teams.
