Per 1 February 2022 the world-leading manufacturer of condensate management products, primarily condensate drains, oil/water separators and air-saving equipment Houdstermaatschappij Jorc B.V. (Jorc) is acquired by Ingersoll Rand Inc., listed at the New York Stock Exchange. For Boels Zanders Janou Briaire, Roald Subnel, Marie-Louise Kneepkens and Tim Stoffelen acted as advisors to the sellers in this transaction. They cooperated closely with China based ADVOC-partner Shanghai United Law Firm.
