All Safety, specializing in safety materials and personal protection equipment, has taken over Trital Safety. Trital Safety is a supplier of fire retardant work clothing and safety clothing and accessories.

For Boels Zanders Janou Briaire, Milou Segers and Tim Stoffelen acted as advisors to All Safety in this transaction. They cooperated closely with Hong Kong based ADVOC-partner Fred Kan & Co.

All Safety

All Safety supplies amongst others work wear and personal protection equipment to big logistics centers, protection materials to pharmaceutical companies and laboratories, and oxygen-units to parties that deal with ambient air pollution.

Trital Safety

Trital Safety focuses on protective work clothing (the company has its own workshop for mending and alteration of the work clothing) and personal protection equipment, such as safety glasses, safety shoes and mouth masks, with a subsidiary in Hong Kong.
