Netherlands: Boels Zanders advises in strategic partnership Dinnissen Process Technology and Ottevanger Milling Engineers
Dinnissen Process Technology and Ottevanger Milling Engineers form a strategic partnership to realise customer value, synergy and focus together. This step fits in with the ambition of both companies to realise value creation, continuity and growth in a sustainable way. The alliance takes shape through a participation in Dinnissen by Bolster Investment Partners and Triott Group, the holding company which Ottevanger forms a part of. This strategic alliance was guided by Roald Subnel en Janou Briaire (M&A specialists of Boels Zanders) and Bas van Soest (Aeternus B.V.)
For Dinnissen the strategic alliance with Ottevanger means they can focus on high-end processing solutions in food, chemistry, dairy, petfood and pharma and provide more services to her customers. With the alliance, the companies will continue to shape collaboration in areas such as customer projects, international services, R&D, innovation and efficiency.
Dinnissen Process Technology has been supplying process technology solutions for the food, dairy, feed, pet food and chemical industries for over 70 years now, for both stand-alone machines and complete process lines.
Ottevanger Milling Engineers (founded in 1909) specialises in the design and manufacture of equipment and the realisation of complete systems for the grain-processing and compound feed industry.
