Italy: Thomas Mambrini is the new Partner of Cocuzza & Associati
Milan, February 9, 2022 - Cocuzza & Associati announces the appointment of Thomas Mambrini as new Partner of the Firm.

Thomas Mambrini assists companies and public entities in retail, services, urban planning and building law related matters. He also specializes in public procurement law, including assistance with litigation before the administrative courts, as well as in procedures against administrative sanctions.
Alessandro Barzaghi, Managing Partner, states: "This is an important step in our project to expand the number of partners in areas naturally contiguous to the traditional ones covered by our firm. In addition to administrative law, we are now looking at tax, restructuring and corporate law, but not only. It is a moment of opening and significant growth for us".
Thomas Mambrini also assists clients in procedures for the development and modification of commercial activities, including malls and shopping centers, and in procedures for the assessment of urban and commercial feasibility for the development of new projects. In the field of urbanistic and building law, Thomas Mambrini also offers legal advice in the drafting of urban plans and development projects.
Thomas lectures at conferences and training courses for retailers, and civil servants. Since November 2019, he is a Chartered Surveyor of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
