Alessandro Barzaghi is the new managing partner of Cocuzza & Associati, a role he also held from 2014 to 2017 with Giulia Comparini.

 Alessandro joined the firm in 2001 and became partner in 2008. He provides assistance to fashion, and catering retailers on corporate and commercial law, and on real estate law. Alessandro assists foreign clients in developing in Italy, from setting up companies to structuring commercial networks, from drafting contracts for their operations to some aspects of corporate compliance. Alessandro also assists his Italian clients in various commercial law issues at national and international level as well as structuring foreign distribution networks. In the field of real estate, he assists his clients in real estate development operations and provides assistance in the management and leasing of real estate assets. Alessandro has been ranked for several years by Who's Who Legal as leading individual in the real estate sector in Italy.
