Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office advised Raiffeisen Bank Hungary in the transaction of leasing new headquarter in Budapest. Over 1,300 Raiffeisen Bank employees will move from two different sites to the new headquarters at the beginning of 2020.

Legal services included full preparation of transaction documentation and support in negotiations. The team at Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori was led by partner Péter Gárdos with support from partner Erika Tomori, in cooperation with attorney Éva Dobos and junior associate Adél Németh. The deal is expected to be one of the largest new leasing transactions both in HB Reavis’ history and in the Hungarian office market in 2018: the bank will occupy nearly 20 000 sq m of office space for the long-term and move to Agora Tower, the first building of the urban scale development.
