Hungary: Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office advised UniCredit Bank in the first-ever Hungarian forward flow transaction
After participating in NPL transactions in the last few years, Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office has been involved in two special NPL transactions this year. Erika Tomori and Gergely Kántor advised the Hungarian National Deposit Insurance Fund in the transfer of receivables against 11 credit institutions under liquidation arising out of compensations paid by the Fund to clients' of these credit institutions. Péter Gárdos, Erika Tomori and Veronika Bakonyi advised UniCredit Bank Hungary in the first-ever Hungarian forward flow transaction covering the transfer of both unsecured and secured receivables to EOS Hungary.
