France: Ydès M&A’s teams reports a successful transaction between two businesses
On November 30th , 2020, Ydès advised AERO XV in its takeover by YMCA SERVICES.
The merged company located next to Airbus airliners productions sites in Toulouse, France has been named “AERO XV YMCA SERVICES”.
The new combined group now employs over 300 people in the aeronautics industry with a back-to-work program for disabled and more generally individuals experiencing socio-professional difficulties.
APEIHSAT and the 20 others AERO XV’s shareholders, all being prominent aeronautical suppliers, are now AERO XV YMCA SERVICES shareholders.
