Following on from Nantes, Paris, Rennes and Lille and driven by strong growth, the law firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Bordeaux.

For the first time since it was established 44 years ago, Cornet Vincent Ségurel will be present south of the Loire, reaffirming its desire to adapt to market requirements and also to offer a local service.

"The opening of this new office further expands the presence of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in France. Originally regional, our firm has always stayed close to its regional clients, and offers the same expertise and requirements to both national and international groups. Its regional roots have given it a strong position in France through its various offices in Ile de France, Brittany, Hauts de France, the Pays de la Loire - and now in Aquitaine. Through this structure and our ongoing focus on the client, the firm is able to effectively respond to the clients’ different local and regional organizations," said Thomas DESCHRYVER, Partner and responsible for communications for the firm on the management committee.

The city of Bordeaux seemed such an obvious choice for continuing the development of the firm and for taking its influence to the centre of one of the largest cities in France. A dynamism that is reflected in the activities of the firm and that enables it to get closer to its clients in the Southwest.

Hubert BIARD, a lawyer specializing in corporate law, joined the firm as a partner. His mission is to develop the Bordeaux office. He will be joined by the lawyers Anne PITAULT and Daphne TERRIEN, who also have a local footprint.

"This project particularly attracted me because of the commitment of all the partners to making people central to the business and to sharing the same ambition of offering every one of our clients a quality service that meets their needs and requirements," said Hubert BIARD.

With this new office being opened, the firm of Cornet Vincent Ségurel now has a total of 137 lawyers (41 partners and 96 attorneys).
