Audrey Touret’s arrival as a partner underscores Cornet Vincent Ségurel’s determination to continue structuring its company law practice and expanding its Lille office.

Audrey, 38, holds a DEA post-graduate degree in business contract law from the University of Lille and a DJCE (master’s degree in company law) from the University of Poitiers.

Audrey began her career with Sofiral/Fiducial in Angers, then joined the Avant-Garde firm in Lille. In 2008, she joined the Hauts-de-Seine regional department of Fidal as Partner-Head of Mission in the company law department, with responsibility for developing the M&A unit.

Audrey assists growing SMEs and mid-caps in the industry, metalworking, distribution and services sectors, particularly with external growth projects, equity operations, introduction of governance, management of inter-group relations, employee share ownership and audits. Audrey is primarily involved in mergers & acquisitions (drawing up and negotiation of contracts, warranty agreements and shareholder pacts), in company law (mergers, partial contributions of assets and other group restructuring techniques) and in business law (including business sale, commercial law, etc.). Thanks to her experience in private equity, she also handles capital transmission, issuance of securities giving access to company capital, management packages and shareholder pacts.

Founded in 2011, Cornet Vincent Ségurel’s Lille office now consists of 15 attorneys including five partners and a Managing Director. The corporate team is made up of two partners and two associate attorneys.
