Ashfords has recently acted in two US deals with an international element.

In October, in conjunction with Advoc partners Garvey Schubert Barer, we advised US company TigerLogic Corporation on the sale of its data management technology business Omnis to OLS Holdings Limited, a UK company formed by a consortium of Omnis distributors and customers. Chris Dyson, Angus Bauer and James Court advised on the deal, in which OLS Holdings acquired TigerLogic’s European subsidiaries associated with the Omnis business, along with their intellectual property.

In December, we advised the OSI Group LLC, a US-based multi-billion-dollar food manufacturer with production facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia, on the UK aspects of its acquisition of Flagship Europe Limited. The Ashfords team included Stuart Fleet (corporate), Andrew MacMillan-Scott (property), Charles Pallot (employment) and Richard Voke (regulatory).
