Czech Republic: Dvořák Hager & Partners successfully represent client in CMR dispute
Dvořák Hager & Partners successfully represented a foreign freight forwarder in legal proceedings against an international insurance company. The dispute under the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road) involved claims for damages caused during transportation of goods within EU.
The team of Dvořák Hager & Partners was led by Jan Krampera, head of the litigation department, in cooperation with Tomáš Jelínek.
