Czech Republic: Dvořák Hager & Partners New Attorneys in our Prague office
Petra Kratochvílová is an attorney who focuses on contract law and corporate law and also has extensive experience in litigation, representing clients before civil, insolvency and administrative courts. Prior to joining Dvořák Hager & Partners she worked at the law firm of Schaffer & Partner. Petra graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. In addition to Czech, she is fluent in English and conversant in German.
Martin Gřešák joined Dvořák Hager & Partners in Prague as an attorney-at-law. He has worked at our firm since 2013 and in October last year he successfully passed the bar exam. Martin specialises in general commercial law, corporate law, labour law and litigation. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague, and also studied at Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam.
