Through a combination of increased client workload, shortage of working space and the firm’s growth strategy, Apisith & Alliance is adding more work area with a new lease of the adjacent office. The newly-added office space together with the existing area will enable the firm to expand its Corporate & Commercial Practice and International Trade & Customs Practice by new lateral hiring and recruitment of recent law graduates. With the enlarged office expecting to be ready by April 2019, the firm’s focus this year will continue to be in-bound foreign investment/M&A (including tech M&A) and trade litigation. The firm is also anticipating an increase in clients’ instructions for in-bound investment funds and dispute resolution.
