Australia: Cooper Grace Ward wins HRD Employer of Choice Award for 2021
Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers is extremely proud to be among the winners recognised in Human Resources Director (HRD) magazine’s Employer of Choice Awards for 2021.
HRD’s annual Employer of Choice awards, which rate Australian companies from the perspective of their employees, assess a wide range of key areas, from remuneration satisfaction through to leadership effectiveness, but essentially focus on team engagement.
Employer of Choice winners were from a range of industries from insurance to law services, HR providers, government bodies clubs and professional services.
Neil Baker, Director of People and Culture at Cooper Grace Ward said the achievement reflects the firm’s focus on team members during the pandemic.
“The true strength of a firm’s culture is always most evident during challenging times and CGW’s culture really came to the fore during the past year of uncertainty.”
“We doubled down on keeping our team members informed and connected, providing additional flexibility in working arrangements and ensuring team members could easily discuss their personal circumstances and any type of support they needed.”
The award places CGW alongside leading organisations such as Adobe, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Publicis Groupe and the Queensland Treasury.
