The Law Firm Velkaverh, Štravs, Podgornik o.p., d.o.o. (VŠP) was founded in 2020 by three partners. Its team currently consists of 9 attorneys and 1 apprentice. Prior to the incorporation of the VŠP law firm, the core of its team has been working together in another reputable law firm for more than 13 years.
The VŠP law firm is situated on the Slovenian coast of the Adriatic Sea, however, its day-to-day activities give it presence throughout Slovenia as well as internationally. Its team of experts has years of experience in various areas of the attorney profession and is defined by expertise, reliability, and efficiency.
The VŠP law firm covers all main areas of law such as civil (especially contract, real estate, inheritance law), employment, corporate, M&A, administrative, criminal (white collar), misdemeanours and constitutional law. It gives special emphasis to certain specific legal areas such as insolvency and bankruptcy law, medical law, transport law, forwarding law, maritime law and customs law.
The VŠP experts are fluent in Slovenian, Italian, English, German, French, Serbian and Croatian language.
