VANDENBULKE founded in 2005, as an independent transactional law firm in Luxembourg focusing originally on three-pronged legal specialities: Corporate, Banking & Finance, Investment funds.

Dedicated to serve first-order international clients and law firms seeking a high-level quality service in Luxembourg, and unwilling to use traditional local firms or competing firms in their home markets.

We enjoyed an especially prominent role representing major corporate institutions on their most consequential matters in the Luxembourg jurisdiction. Our reputation, success and strength is built on the seniority of our lawyers, a partner-intensive approach and high specialization. We also use maintain a ratio of Partners to Associates significant below other law firms, with the view to focus on matters requiring extensive attention of partners.
