Since almost 20 years we are offering highly specialized legal service in intellectual property rights. We serve our clients in trademark, competition, copyright, antitrust and data privacy law. Next to advising our clients in drafting contracts and supporting contract negotiations we represent them in court as well as in arbitration proceedings. We have expansive experiences with the relevant German regional and higher regional courts but also with the European Courts of Justice. We represent clients in national as well as in international arbitration proceedings.

SELTING attorneys have a qualified department of paralegals for monitoring brands and domains. Because of the high level of specialization we are able to offer fixed price packages for our services relating to brands and domains.

It is our goal to offer our clients our services from one single source in the whole German speaking area. That is possible through our offices in Cologne and Lugano in consideration of international agreements and national legislations.
