Nobutaka Nonaka is the Managing Partner of AZMORE International Law Office.
Nobutaka has extensive experience across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Before founding AZMORE, he spent several years working with both Japanese and international clients, providing legal services to companies in industries ranging from IT and telecommunications to real estate, manufacturing, and entertainment.
Nobutaka also spent six years in Greater China, where he assisted Japanese companies with outbound investments and M&A activities, as well as supporting foreign companies entering the Japanese market. He leverages a strong network across Japan, China, and Asia to deliver tailored legal solutions to international clients.
In addition to his extensive legal work, Nobutaka has been a keynote speaker on compliance and intellectual property law in Japan and China, and he is a co-author of multiple publications on Chinese business law.
