Boels Zanders achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification

Boels Zanders has been certified by Certiked (part of Lloyds) for the ISO 9001:2008 norm. This certification stands for a functioning quality management system which guarantees consistent service. The ISO certification also demonstrates that continuous quality improvement is embedded in the organization. Jean-Luc Coenegracht, managing partner of Boels Zanders: "What we aim for is a long-term partnership with our clients. For us, quality means living up to the expectations of our clients, but we much rather would want to surpass these expectations."

A recently held client satisfaction survey, which was part of the certification process, showed that Boels Zanders scores high on its core values: competence, results-oriented, honest and sparring partner. Boels Zanders announces the appointment of three new Partners

Esther Tromp (34) – Business and Commercial Law

Esther specializes in business and commercial law. She also is head of the German Desk of Boels Zanders. Esther has been working as a lawyer at Boels Zanders since 2003. In 2007 she was also accepted as a Rechtsänwaltin in Germany which enables Esther to practice law in both the Netherlands as well as Germany.

Jeroen Tulfer (39) – Insolvency Law

Jeroen specializes in restructuring and insolvency. He advises and litigates on behalf of a variety of clients in insolvency related matters. His clients include financial institutions, investors and companies in distress. Jeroen graduated from Maastricht University in 2000. He has been a lawyer at Boels Zanders since 2002.

Louis, a lawyer at Boels Zanders since 2004, is specialized in real estate law. His main focuses are commercial real estate transactions, litigation relating to construction and real estate, and tendering procedures.  Louis graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen.
