The Netherlands: Boels Zanders appoints financial director and new executive board
As of 1 July 2017, the executive board of Boels Zanders Advocaten will be strengthened by the arrival of Johan Verhagen as financial director. Johan Verhagen has gained wide experience as a manager and administrator at various Limburg organisations. He held the position of director-manager at Rabobank Echt-Roermond. By appointing a financial director, Boels Zanders is taking another step towards the continued professionalisation and the future-proof ambition of its organisation and business operations.
Johan Verhagen will be responsible for all financial and IT-related matters. As a member of the executive board, he will also focus on implementing the strategy of Boels Zanders, which is geared to client satisfaction, innovation and related growth. A strategy that underlines "the power of ambition" that Boels Zanders has. All this in a culture in which passion for the client and the profession is key.
Boels Zanders is delighted with the appointment of Johan Verhagen as financial director. Appointment of new executive board
With the arrival of a financial director, changes are also taking place within the executive board of Boels Zanders. As of 1 July, Jeroen Oehlen and Andries Houtakkers will be appointed to the board of Boels Zanders. Together with the managing director and the financial director, they will make up the new executive board. They are taking over from Jean-Luc Coenegracht and Wim Eikendal. Both retiring board members will remain active within their legal practice.
