Lubasz and Partners and BSJP commence close professional co-operation.
The move aims at expending the competences of both law firms so as to ensure a wider array of specialized legal services offered to the Clients.
“Today’s legal services market is characterized by a rapid development of various branches of law and thus requires narrow specializations. Our co-operation comes as an answer to this challenge” – as Dominik Lubasz and Jörn Brockhuis, the Managing Partners of the respective law firms, underline in unison. The merger of competences will allow to provide a broadened scope of services to the Clients of the firms, which are to team up and set out together to offer new, innovative legal services.
In the opinion of Janina Ligner-Żeromska, who at BSJP heads the teams responsible for new technologies law, intellectual and industrial property law as well as media law and personal data protection, “close co-operation will allow both firms to develop significantly and continue to provide premium quality legal services in the scope of personal data protection and new technologies law. Both law firms possess complementary and unique competences in the aforementioned areas”. Lubasz and Partners has in particular a unique know-how in respect of personal data protection, which area, given the technological development and the grand EU data protection reform, is taking today on particular importance.

Shared offices will be created in Warsaw at Twarda 18 (Spektrum Tower, as of 1 May 2017) and in Łódź at Żwirki 17 (Centrum Żwirki).
