Olivier Greffard holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law (DJCE) / Masters Degree (DESS) in Business Law from the University of Rennes.

He started his career at EY Law before joining the Nantes office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2004.

He provides long-term assistance in Company Law to companies or groups of companies. His assistance covers their day-to-day needs in relation to operational issues, as well as their needs in relation to structuring or growth projects or one-off operations.

Olivier is also involved in transmissions, mergers & acquisitions, risk capital and capital financing transactions.
In this respect, his customer base is made up of business leaders as well as investment funds, in connection with their equity investments and the monitoring of these investments. His scope of work covers all tax aspects of these transactions.

Laurence CADENAT holds a DEA (equivalent to an MPhil) in Private Law from the University of Nantes and a DEA in Business Law from the University of Paris I.

She started her career in 2001 at the Bignon Lebray & Associés law firm in Paris (2001-2004) before moving to Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, in the commercial lease department (2005-2008). Laurence Cadenat then joined the Nantes office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel, in the Property Law department headed by Jean Doucet.

With specialisation in Property Law, specifically in commercial leases, Laurence Cadenat's practice involves all aspects of commercial leases, in terms of advice and litigation.

She also teaches Property Law as a Professor at the ICH of Nantes.

Benoît BOMMELAER, partner, Property

Benoît BOMMELAER started practising as a barrister in Rennes in 2002.

He contributed to the setting up of the Rennes office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in January 2010.

His expertise encompasses advice and lease litigation (commercial and residential leases). He assists condominiums in relation to legal proceedings.

He also handles cases relating to Construction Law, and assists co-ownership managers and real-estate agencies in professional liability proceedings.

He teaches commercial lease law for the postgraduate degree in Business Law (DJCE).

A graduate of the EDHEC Business School, Amélie POULAIN has significant experience in Competition and Distribution Law.

Her practice includes advice and litigation. She also works with national administrative, criminal and commercial courts, the Competition Authority and arbitration and mediation bodies (CMAP- Inter-company mediation).

Given her qualification and experience, she adopts both a legal and an economic approach when she advises large distribution groups - whether national or international, generalist or specialised, or franchise networks - as well as national and regional mid-sized or small companies.
