Brazilian Law firm Siqueira Castro – Advogados has promoted 12 associates to Equity Partners, from the 1st of January 2018, in a total of eight areas of practice, which includes Criminal Law, Infrastructure, Intellectual Property and others departments.

In the Criminal Law Department, Gauthama Fornaciari will join the partners João Daniel Rassi and Bruno Giusto, in São Paulo, while in the regulatory and infrastructure sector, Rodrigo Calazans, in Rio de Janeiro, and Renata Martins, in São Paulo, will became partners as well.

Lawyers Gabriela Miziara Jajah, in the Tax sector, Marina Vieira Freire, in the Environmental area, and Ana Cristina Robortella, in the labor, complete the list of new partners in São Paulo.

In Rio de Janeiro the new partners are lawyers Alexandre Wider, in litigation and arbitration, Daniel Pitanga in Intellectual Property, I Jen Huang in Tax sector, and Mano Fornaciari Alencar in the consumer department.

In litigation there will also be two new partners in Brasília, where Marina Araújo Lopes takes place, and Curitiba, where Elisa Barros de Carvalho becomes partner.
